Kaolin Clay face masks are thought to have several benefits. Kaolin is also thought to be the mildest and most gentle clay used in skin care. While pure kaolinite is bright white, kaolin clay typically has slight variations in color due to other minerals being present.
White Kaolin Clay - Clay County, Georgia, USA - White: Typically contains the minerals copper, selenium, manganese, magnesium and zinc. 1.8 oz
Red Kaolin Clay - Clay County, Georgia, USA - Pinkish/Red: A result of containing iron oxide. 1.8oz
French Green Clay -Montmorillonite, France - Greenish: From decomposing plant material, typically algae or chlorophyll. 1.8 oz
Before applying any clay mask, wash your face with a gentle soap (such as our castille bar) and pat skin dry. Start with 10ml of clay. Add water until desired consistency is reached. Using your fingers, synthetic brush, or silicone brush, spread a thin layer over your face and neck while being careful to avoid your eyes, nostrils, and mouth. Keep on for about 15 minutes or until completely dry. You will most likely feel the mask harden and tighten. It may also change colors slightly. Rinse face with warm water or gently dab at it with a wet washcloth. Pat your skin dry to finish. Good for all skin types.
How to use the compressed face mask: Take the face mask out of the package. Apply a few drops of water. Unfold mask and place on face, after applying clay. If you wish, you may add any additives of your choice to the mask, such as jojoba oil, or any other non-comedogenic oil.
WARNING: DO NOT INGEST. Keep away from children.
