QUESTION:  Are you certified to make soap and soapy products?

We certainly are certified!  We became Certified Champion Chandlers in May of 2018 from the Center Of Excellence, Picadilly Plaza, Manchester, England, United Kingdom - but have been making hot process soap muuuuuuch longer.  We are thrilled to add this very valuable certification to each of our American Bachelor of Science Degrees! We also have over 25 years of experience between us. We also can be found continuing our soapy education and cosmetic education through a variety of on-line and hands on classes from experienced and respected leaders in cosmetic chemistry, organic chemistry, and fun, more social events such as industry gatherings! We are active members in several perfuming, cosmetic, and local business environments that further our knowledge of this craft on many levels. We love continuing education! But who wouldn't when it comes to all these great, soapy, per-fumy, and cosmetically beautiful hours of study (and fun)!

Do you accept wholesale orders/custom soap requests?

WOWZA!! We sure do!  We offer wholesale prices for some of our products, but -  at this time -  we do not take custom formulation requests. You must show proof of your business registration and EIN. We love to private label!  We recommend that you purchase your brand stamp - at least two - and we will do the rest. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit order quantities. If interested, please send this documentation and your order request to us via email to sloppysoap at sloppysoap dot com. We will send you a product catalog for wholesale or private labeling.

Our Products

All of our handmade products are sulfate (SLS) free, paraben free, gluten free, phthalate free, cruelty free (although we have been known for testing all products on ourselves and our adult children!!)  :)  and vegan friendly. We create some products using beeswax, honey, and/or raw or powdered goat's milk. We do not use tallow/lard or any other part of an animal. Exceptions will be clearly noted on listings for your convenience.  Our soaps are made using organic RSPO certified palm oil (where applicable, depending on the soap/product), cosmetic grade and body safe biodegradable glitters, responsibly sourced mica powders, certified Lake Dyes, and/or shea butter, cocoa butter, and mango butter, from small local farms or collectives, unless otherwise stated. ALL ingredients are USP grade, where applicable. We do not use the same soap formula in all of our soaps. Some are formulated for extremely sensitive skin (no scent, no color, or very gently scented), others are formulated with in your face fragrance and colorants. We will ALWAYS adhere to industry guidelines for safe fragrance and essential oil fragrance loads! If you believe that a lotion/soap/spray is not pungent enough - that is the maximum usage according to stringent legal guidelines. We wish you well in finding these handmade/natural products that are highly scented without challenging these established guidelines. All of our colorants for bath bombs are certified batch dyes, and/or safe for eye/lip cosmetic use.



Payment & Shipping

SloppySoap ships within the continental United States. We are seeking international/government contracts. Please contact us for details.

Orders ship US Priority Mail or First Class Mail, though we will strive to obtain the lowest shipping price available.

 

When multiple orders are placed, we will do our best to combine orders.  If you do not want your orders combined, please note this during checkout.

We will happily refund shipping overages of $1 or more. Orders will be shipped to addresses provided by you, the customer.  SloppySoap Inc cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer.

You will be provided a Tracking Number once your order ships.  Please utilize the Tracking Number to make sure that you will be available to receive or pick up your package.  SloppySoap Inc cannot be held responsible for delivery errors made by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Please leave instructions for your local postman for proper package drop-off.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Keep out of the reach of children except under adult supervision.

For topical use only - including our theraputic, certified essential oils.  In a very rare circumstance, discontinue if rash, redness or itching occurs.  Consult a physician of irritation persists.

Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.  You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold SloppySoap Inc liable for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.



Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for our soaps and other bath related products.  If you have an issue with any of our products, please do contact us.
